As the office leasing landscape evolved rapidly, Robinsons Offices recognised the need to refresh its brand identity. The COVID-19 pandemic and shifting technological demands reshaped tenant expectations, while a portfolio spanning state-of-the-art properties and legacy buildings required a cohesive identity that could inspire both current and future developments. The challenge was to signal premium, future-ready workspaces while maintaining trust and appeal across tech-driven industries.

We approached the project by highlighting Robinsons Offices’ commitment to innovation, sustainability, and business growth. The visual identity was made elegant, contemporary, and simple, designed to uplift employees, tenants, and visitors alike. A new Rising Spire symbol replaced the previous office-block logo, rendered in Robinsons’ signature green and blue. The spire reflects ambition and progress — both the company’s and its tenants’ — while visually unifying the portfolio of existing and upcoming developments.

The refreshed identity communicates a forward-looking vision for premium office spaces in the Philippines. Launched with wide acclaim internally and across the industry, it strengthens the brand’s leadership position, inspires confidence in tenants, and positions Robinsons Offices as a pioneer of modern, sustainable, and aspirational work environments for the next generation of businesses.
